About

Strategy first. Growth follows.

I treat delivery organizations like products: a clear value proposition for their internal customers, an operating model that holds under pressure, and a culture people want to stay in.

That strategic approach is what earns the organizations I lead more responsibility and trust: broader scope, end-to-end ownership and a real say in decisions. For me, growth is measured in what a team is trusted with, not in how many people it has. Today it also means building AI into how teams work, rather than bolting it on.
